ANTARA FLOW
Building on the idea that “vinyasa” means to place in a certain way, you will learn a sequence through smaller sections. It is like building a piece of music together, we break down the tricky bits, explore the phrases and then put it all together. Rather than being directed by the breath (necessarily) this style moves to the beat. Moving to the beat allows you to connect to the rhythm of the music and also regulate your own breathing. If you know that deep breathing is hard in a class, the beat can help with that!
The class builds towards the main track, with the class theme built around this piece and it is repeated a few times so it feels really in your body. Some previous yoga experience is necessary.
