Summer of Youth - Free Yoga for Teens throughout summer break

With schools wrapping up on June 30th until 14th August 2023, we usually finish up our after school classes for the term. This year, we want to encourage our teens to come to class!

From July 1st, we will welcome teens to our main classes* for free!

Young people aged 12-14 will still need a paid adult participant to attend with them, 14 year olds to 18 can attend for free by emailing the studio at info@heartspacedundee.co.uk . An account with us (name, emergency contact, email and phone) will be required but once that is set up, we can book teens in for classes Monday to Sunday.

*excludes hot / power classes in the hot studio.
